Billy Akatujuna Bwana
Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O)
Billy Akatujuna, an engineer by profession with expertise in operation safety in oil and gas management, completed his studies in the United Arab Emirates in 2014. Driven by a keen entrepreneurial spirit, Billy established his first company in Antalya, Turkey, in 2016. His global business ventures took him to China, where he spent five productive years from early 2018 to 2022, gaining valuable international experience.
During this time, Billy conducted extensive research into the import and export markets for agro products and minerals, building a strong foundation for his future ventures. This in-depth knowledge of global trade dynamics equipped him to understand the complexities of international supply chains.
Despite his success in various industries, Billy’s deep passion for agriculture and sustainable practices led him to establish Afro Organic Ltd in 2017. Today, Afro Organic Ltd is a trusted leader in the export of Uganda’s organic produce and premium coffee, as well as a growing player in the minerals sector, ensuring quality and reliability in both fields.
Allam carafeddine
Senior Executive
Allam Charafeddine, a business strategist with extensive expertise in commercial operations and market expansion, earned his Master’s degree in Business Management from Saint Joseph University Beirut in 1992. With a strong entrepreneurial drive, Allam played a key role in launching and managing telecom operations across multiple countries, including Syria, Yemen, South Sudan, Burundi, and Gambia, where he led large-scale business transformations.
During his career, Allam specialized in restructuring companies for profitability, optimizing financial operations, and driving revenue growth. His expertise in brand building, process innovation, and cost-cutting strategies allowed him to lead market expansions and improve company efficiency across various industries. His deep knowledge of global trade dynamics has been instrumental in strengthening partnerships and enhancing operational strategies.
Despite his success in multiple sectors, Allam’s passion for business transformation and international trade led him to join Afro Organic Ltd Today, he plays a key role in expanding the company’s agro-export and commercial operations, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth in international markets.
Steven Wang

Originally from Beijing, China, Steven Wang brings extensive experience and a global vision to Afro Organic Ltd. With a strong background in project management across various sectors, Steven has led multiple successful telecommunications and construction projects throughout Africa, including key initiatives in Angola. His expertise in international business development, combined with his deep understanding of cross-continental operations, strengthens Afro Organic’s outreach and partnerships within the agro-industry. Steven’s leadership ensures that Afro Organic Ltd continues to connect with and serve its clients effectively across global markets.

Chief Procurement Officer (C.P.O)
Ekyoribona is a certified Clearing Clerk at Western Logistics Ltd. with over 7 years of experience in the logistics industry. He specializes in customs clearance, shipping processes, and logistics coordination, ensuring the smooth handling of shipments while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. Rwamwojo’s problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail have played a vital role in his success, allowing him to navigate complex logistical challenges and provide exceptional service to clients. His expertise enhances operational efficiency and fosters trust in the logistics processes at Western Logistics Ltd.
